This dish was a way for Irish immigrants in America to celebrate their heritage, often served alongside cabbage and potatoes. Today, corned beef is enjoyed year-round, especially in the U.S., where it has become a staple for festive occasions and comfort food.

Rinse off the exterior seasoning of the corned beef brisket and pat it dry.
Apply a layer of liquid smoke all over the brisket.
Spread mustard over the brisket to act as a binder for the seasoning.
Coat the brisket with Chupacabra brisket seasoning, ensuring it's fully covered and pat it in.
Preheat the oven to 300°F.
Sear the brisket on the Blackstone for 5 to 7 minutes per side until a nice crust forms.
Ensure to sear all sides of the brisket, including the edges.
Once seared, place the brisket on a cutting board and cover it with aluminum foil.
Transfer the brisket to a baking dish and sprinkle more seasoning on top.
Cover the brisket with foil and place it in the oven for about 3.5 to 4 hours (1 hour per pound).
Wash and pat dry the russet potatoes, then poke vent holes in them to prevent exploding.
Rub oil all over the potatoes before cooking.
