Cut the beef into small pieces, trimming off excess fat.
Heat the stove and add the beef to the pan, cooking until browned.
Add the ginger to the beef for flavor.
Season the beef with salt and cook until it resembles chicharrón (crispy fried meat).
In a separate pan, fry the eggs until they are cooked through, keeping the whites and yolks distinct for presentation.
Once the beef is cooked, add the eggs to the beef mixture.
Add the cooked rice to the beef and egg mixture, stirring to combine.
Season with soy sauce to taste, adjusting for preference.
Add Ajinomoto for additional flavor and mix well until everything is combined.
