Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
Roll out the dough on a floured surface to about 1/2 inch thick.
Cut the dough into squares or circles and place on a baking sheet.
Press a small indentation in the center of each piece.
Fill the indentation with halved plums and sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon.
Let the filled dough rise for another 20 minutes.
Bake in the preheated oven until golden brown, about 20-25 minutes.
Remove from the oven and let cool slightly.
Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
