Cut garlic chives into 5cm lengths. Slice the onion thinly. Cut the pork into 5cm pieces.

In a frying pan, add sesame oil and pork, and lightly stir-fry.

Add the chopped vegetables and bean sprouts to the pan and lightly stir-fry, then add the seasonings (cooking sake, soy sauce, garlic paste) and stir-fry until the pork and vegetables are cooked through.

Boil the wonton noodles for 3 minutes.

Serve the stir-fried pork and garlic chives on top of the noodles.
