GREEN BANANA FUFU RECIPE / Healthy Green Banana Recipe - Ndudu by Fafa

Peel the green bananas using the back of a knife for easier peeling.

Blend the peeled green bananas in a Vitamix blender, adding water bit by bit until achieving a double cream consistency.

Transfer the blended mixture to a saucepan and place it on medium heat.

Stir the mixture consistently with a wooden ladle to avoid lumps as it heats up.

Add more water if needed to adjust the consistency to your preference (harder or softer).

After stirring for a while, steam the mixture on low heat for about 8 to 10 minutes to cook through and remove any rawness.

Once steamed, transfer the fufu to a bowl and sprinkle with water, letting it cool for 15 to 20 minutes.

After cooling, use a wooden pestle to soften the fufu further in a bowl of water.
