Place dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let rise until doubled, about 1 hour.
Roll out the dough into a large rectangle on a floured surface.
Spread softened butter over the dough, then sprinkle with cocoa powder, sugar, and salt.
Roll the dough tightly into a log and cut into equal pieces.
Place the rolls in a greased baking dish, cover, and let rise for 30 minutes.
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
Bake the rolls until golden brown, about 25-30 minutes.
Mix sugar powder with cream cheese, milk, and vanilla extract to create a glaze.
Drizzle the glaze over the warm buns before serving.
