Prepare chicken by spicing it with chopped onions, garlic, ginger, habanero pepper, curry powder, seasoning cube, and salt.
Cover the chicken and allow it to release its juice for 2 minutes.
Add some water to the chicken and cook for an additional 7 minutes.
Boil tin tomatoes to reduce sour taste before frying.
Fry the chicken until it is brown-skinned, not too crispy, keeping an eye on it.
Grind fresh tomatoes, pepper, and bell peppers, then steam them until all water dries up.
In another pan, heat vegetable oil and fry one large head of chopped onions.
Add the boiled tin tomatoes to the onions and fry for a few minutes.
Add the fresh tomatoes and peppers to the pan and stir.
Add more chopped onions, garlic, scotch bonnet pepper, crayfish (optional), seasoning cube, curry powder, and salt.
Stir well and let it stir-fry for about 10 minutes until the texture is right and oil floats on top.
Add chicken stock to the mixture.
Add the remaining chicken (feet and wings) and the fried chicken, then stir.
Cover the pot and allow it to boil for 6 minutes.
Sprinkle curry leaf on top and wait for 1 minute before serving.
