Slice onions into 1 cm thick slices.

Separate the onion rings from each other and peel off the inner membrane of the onion.

In a bowl, mix 240g all-purpose flour, 120g corn flour, 1/5 tsp pepper, 1/2 tsp onion powder, 1/2 tsp chili powder, 1 tsp garlic powder, and 1/2 tsp salt.

Take 1/4 of the mixed flour to make onion powder.

In another bowl, add 2 eggs and 1/2 tsp baking powder, then add 200ml water slowly and stir.

Put oil in a pan and turn on the stove to heat it.

Coat the onion rings in dry flour, then dip them into the wet dough.
