Pasta Pomodoro

300 gm Spaghettis
2 to 4 Cherry tomatoes
Fresh Basil Leaves
3 cloves Garlic
1 Tsp. Salt
half Tsp. Chili flakes
half Tsp. Black pepper powder
4 Tbsp. Olive oil
1 cup Parmigiano Reggiano cheese (Grated)
half cup Sieved Tomatoes puree

Chop 3 to 4 fresh basil leaves.

Chop 3 garlic cloves and cut cherry tomatoes.

In a pot, add water and salt, and boil. Then add pasta and boil for 6 to 7 minutes.

Just before the pasta is ready, retrieve some of the pasta water, we will use it in the sauce.

Now strain the water.

Add 4 Tbsp. of olive oil in a pan.

Add chopped garlic, stir, then add tomato paste and mix.

Cook on medium low heat and stir occasionally.

Add chopped basil leaves and some pasta water.

Add salt, chili flakes, and black pepper, and mix.

Add boiled pasta and mix.

Grate the Parmigiano Reggiano cheese.

Garnish with cherry tomatoes, fresh basil, and cheese.
