Wash and cut pork ribs into pieces and season with 2 crushed garlic cloves, salt, and black pepper.

Prepare a salad with 2 chopped and washed onions, 1 large diced tomato, 1/2 green bell pepper, a pinch of salt, a splash of olive oil, and juice of 2 lemons, mix well.
