1 tablespoon mixed herbs
1 teaspoon peir masala
2 tablespoons olive oil
1/4 cup spring onions, chopped

Transfer the broccoli, cauliflower, carrots, and French beans into a large mixing bowl, excluding the onions and bell peppers.
