This cooking method allows for a variety of vegetables to be prepared together, making it a versatile side dish for any meal. Today, roasted vegetables are enjoyed globally, often customized with different herbs and spices to suit regional tastes.

Nutritional yeast is dairy-free and adds a cheesy flavor.
Clean the vegetables of your choice.
Dice the vegetables.
Add the diced vegetables into a bowl.
Add 1 teaspoon garlic powder, 1 teaspoon black pepper powder, 1 teaspoon salt, and 1 tablespoon olive oil to the bowl.
Gently toss all the vegetables to combine them with the spices.
Put the vegetables into the air frying basket.
Select the 'sautéed vegetables' preset cooking function on the air fryer, which sets the temperature to 160°C and the timing to 15 minutes.
After about 9 to 10 minutes, take out the vegetables and gently toss them.
Place the vegetables back into the air fryer and continue cooking for the remaining time.
After 15 minutes, the vegetables are cooked perfectly.
