1/2 red capsicum, chopped
1 tbsp sea salt
1/2 tsp garam masala
1/2 tsp jeera powder (roasted cumin powder)
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp Kashmir chili powder
1/2 tsp chat masala
1/2 tsp amchur powder (dry mango powder)
1 tsp wood pressed oil (groundnut oil used)

Cut half of a medium sized cauliflower into small florets.

Chop half of a green capsicum.

Dice one medium sized onion.

Slice 10 to 12 green beans into 1-inch pieces.

Chop half of a red capsicum.

In a bowl, add all the chopped vegetables.

Add 1 tbsp sea salt, 1/2 tsp garam masala, 1/2 tsp jeera powder, 1/2 tsp turmeric powder, 1 tsp Kashmir chili powder, 1/2 tsp chat masala, and 1/2 tsp amchur powder to the bowl.

Add 1 tsp wood pressed oil (groundnut oil used) to the vegetables.

Mix all the ingredients really well with your hand until the vegetables are nicely coated with the masalas.

Grease or spray the air fryer basket with oil of your choice.

Spread the marinated vegetables onto the air fryer basket.
