Chop onions and set aside for cooking meat.

Chop garlic and ginger, set aside.

Remove seeds from bell peppers and chop into smaller pieces.

Blend 3 onions, bell peppers, and plum tomatoes together.

Cook goat meat with sliced garlic, ginger, onions, thyme, curry powder, white pepper, seasoning cubes, and water for 35 minutes.

Marinate whiting fish with seasoning cube and curry powder.

Blend tomatoes without adding water, using the juice from the tomatoes to assist.

Heat corn oil in a frying pan and fry the marinated fish until brown, then drain on paper towel.

After 35 minutes, check goat meat for doneness and remove from stock.

In a cooking pot, fry the blended tomatoes for 15 minutes, then add the goat meat.

Add meat stock and cook for another 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Add seasoning cube and nutmeg, stir well without covering the pot.

Scoop excess oil from the pot and reserve it for other dishes.
