Butter an 8.6-inch pan well, including the sides.
Pour the crust mixture into the pan, flattening it with hands and compacting with the bottom of a glass.
Place the crust in the fridge to set.
Whip up the ganache using an electric whisk, adding a little almond milk for creaminess.
Take the crust out of the fridge and fill it with the whipped chocolate ganache, spreading it with a spatula.
Decorate the cake with fresh berries, toasted almonds, and chocolate shavings just before serving.
Ensure the cake is cold before cutting to keep the crust firm.
