200ml milk (50ml + 150ml)

100g mascarpone
200ml heavy cream
40g granulated sugar

Sift strong flour and cocoa powder together, then mix in granulated sugar and create a well in the center.

Add 50ml of milk and 2 eggs to the well and mix well. Then add the remaining 150ml of milk and mix until smooth.

Add melted unsalted butter and mix well, then let the batter rest for 30-40 minutes.

Heat a non-stick 21cm frying pan over low heat, pour in the batter, and cook both sides until done. Let cool.
