1/2 teaspoon vinegar
1 teaspoon chili sauce (tomato ketchup)
1 teaspoon sugar
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon cornstarch (mixed with 2 tablespoons water)

Cut 250 grams boneless chicken breast into long strips.

Marinate chicken with 1 teaspoon white vinegar, 1 teaspoon minced garlic, 1 teaspoon crushed red chili, 1 teaspoon chili sauce, and 1/2 egg. Mix in 2-3 tablespoons of cornstarch and let it sit covered for 15-20 minutes.

Heat oil in a pan over medium flame and add marinated chicken strips one by one, frying them while stirring until crispy. Do not over-brown them, then set aside.

In the same pan, add 1 tablespoon of oil and 2-3 sliced green chilies and 1/4 medium-sized bell pepper sliced lengthwise. Fry for a few seconds and then set aside.

Add 1 teaspoon crushed garlic and 1/2 teaspoon crushed ginger to the pan and fry for a few seconds.

Pour in 1/2 tablespoon soy sauce and cook until fragrant.

Add 1/2 cup water, 1/2 teaspoon vinegar, 1 teaspoon chili sauce (tomato ketchup), 1 teaspoon sugar, 1/4 teaspoon black pepper, and 1/4 teaspoon salt. Stir well.

Add a small piece of cooked chicken to the mixture and cook for a few seconds.

Mix 1 teaspoon cornstarch with 2 tablespoons of water and add to the pan while stirring to thicken the sauce.

Once the sauce thickens, add the fried chicken and fried vegetables back into the pan and mix well. Turn off the flame.
