120g (½ cup) milk
225g taro, chopped
65g (⅓ cup) sugar
20g (1½ tbsp.) butter
35g (2⅓ tbsp) milk
10g (2 tsp.) vanilla
135g (½ cup + 1 tbsp.) whipping cream
140g (½cup + 1⅓ tbsp.) whipping cream
10g (1½ tbsp.) icing sugar
8g (1½ tsp.) vanilla

Boil a large pot of water.
