In a saucepan combine the oats, oat milk, cocoa powder, coconut sugar and chia. Whisk to combine and bring to a boil on high heat.

Reduce heat to medium-low and simmer until oats are desired consistency, 5 to 10 minutes. (They will thicken slightly as they cool).

Divide chocolate oatmeal between two bowls and top with your favourite toppings. I used peanut butter, blueberries, and chocolate chips.
