1 tbsp minced ginger
1 tbsp minced garlic
1 tbsp dark soy sauce
1 tbsp white vinegar
1 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp msg (optional)
2 tbsp cornflour
1 egg
half chopped onion
half chopped pepper/capsicum
2 tbsp tomato ketchup
2 tbsp chilli garlic sauce
1 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tbsp dark soy sauce
1 tbsp white vinegar
1 tsp black pepper
1 tbsp minced garlic

Coat the chicken with salt, black pepper, red chilli flakes, minced ginger, minced garlic, dark soy sauce, white vinegar, paprika, msg, cornflour, and egg.

Add half chopped onion and half chopped pepper/capsicum to the chicken mixture and mix well.

Make skewers with the chicken mixture.

Place the skewers in the air fryer basket or tray lined with baking paper.

Spray oil on the chicken skewers.

Air fry at 200ºC for 15 minutes.

After 15 minutes, flip the skewers and air fry for another 6-7 minutes.

For the glaze, mix together tomato ketchup, chilli garlic sauce, oyster sauce, dark soy sauce, white vinegar, black pepper, and minced garlic.

Once the skewers are ready, brush the glaze on them and optionally air fry for another 2 minutes.
