Add the cornstarch slurry to the grape juice, stirring continuously.
Cook the mixture over low heat until it thickens, about 5-7 minutes.
Remove from heat and stir in vanilla, lemon juice, and cinnamon.
Pour the mixture into a mold or dish and let it cool to room temperature.
Refrigerate for at least 2 hours until set.
Once set, unmold and slice into pieces.
Serve chilled, garnished with chopped walnuts.
