1 (Medium) Chopped Onion
1 Cup Spinach (Chopped)
1/3 Tsp Salt
1/3 Tsp Black Pepper
1/3 Tsp Paprika
1/4 Tsp Garlic Powder
3 Eggs
1/2 Cup Milk
1/4 Tsp Salt
1/3 Tsp Black Pepper
1/2 Cup Cheddar Cheese

Cut the spinach ribbons.

Wash properly and squeeze maximum water using hands.

In a pan, add olive oil and heat it up.

Add chopped onion and saute until it starts to change color.

Add spinach and cook on high heat for 1 minute.

Season with salt, black pepper, paprika, and garlic powder.

As spinach starts to change color and release all water, keep it on the side.

In a bowl, add eggs and milk and beat well using a whisk.

Season with salt and pepper.

Add cheese, and sauteed onion and spinach. Mix well.

Grease the baking dish. Avoid if using glass material.

Pour all the egg mixture into the baking dish.

Preheat the oven for 10 minutes at 250 degrees C (450 degrees F).

Place the baking dish in the oven to bake for 30 minutes.

After 30 minutes, take it out and serve.
