Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

Grease a 9x13 inch baking pan.

Peel 4 Granny Smith apples and cut them in half lengthwise.

Place a large pinch of the oat mixture into the hollow core of each apple.

In the bowl with the remaining oat mixture, add 2 tsp of baking powder, 1 cup of whole milk, 1 cup of water, and 2 eggs.
