How To Make Red Chile!

Red Chile
Quantities are estimated based on standard recipes for your convenience. The actual ingredients used in this video are accurate.
Remove the stems and seeds from the dried red chiles.
In a saucepan, combine the chiles and water. Bring to a boil over medium heat.
Once boiling, reduce heat and simmer for about 10 minutes until the chiles are soft.
Remove the chiles from the heat and let them cool slightly.
Transfer the chiles and the cooking water to a blender.
Add garlic powder, onion powder, salt, cumin, and black pepper to the blender.
Blend until smooth, adding more water if necessary to achieve desired consistency.
In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
Pour the blended chile sauce into the skillet and simmer for 5-10 minutes to enhance the flavors.
Serve the red chile sauce warm, or use it as a base for other dishes.
