3 large cloves garlic - minced
1 piece of ginger - julienne
2 Red Thai Chili - diagonal cut
2 tbsp vegetarian oyster sauce
4 tbsp water
⅛ tsp sugar
3 stalks green onion/scallions - julienne
Cilantro - cut 1” long

Season the Chilean sea bass fillets with salt and black pepper.

Add the sea bass to the skillet, skin-side down, and cook until golden brown, about 4-5 minutes.

Flip the sea bass and cook for an additional 3-4 minutes until cooked through.
