Cut zucchini into cubes.
Cut sweet peppers into cubes.
Cut hot peppers into cubes according to taste.
Boil zucchini, sweet peppers, and hot peppers in a mixture of 300 g vinegar, 500 ml water, 150 g sugar, and 4 tablespoons salt.
Wait for the mixture to boil, then remove from the stove.
Place hot vegetables in glass jars.
Close the jars well and turn them upside down.
Let them cool down.
After 15 days, the salad can be used.
