Marinate chicken with chicken curry masala for 30 minutes.

Boil marinated chicken for 10 minutes.

Fry indian almonds, raisins, and onion, then keep aside.

Fry boiled chicken and keep aside.

Fry ginger and garlic paste, then add curry leaves and fennel powder; cook for 1-2 minutes.

Add fried chicken to the pot and cook for 1-2 minutes.

Shift chicken masala to a bowl and use the same pot to mix rice with chicken sauce.

Add soaked and half-boiled rice to the pot.

Add chicken masala on top of the rice and spray 30 ml water.
