1 tsp ground coriander
1 tsp whole cumin
1 tsp garam masala
1 green chili, chopped
2 tablespoons water
1/2 tsp red chili powder
1/4 tsp turmeric
1 tsp cumin powder
1/4 cup dahi (yogurt)
2 tablespoons cream
1/4 tsp black pepper
1 tablespoon kasuri methi (dried fenugreek leaves)

Prepare the beef mixture by finely chopping onion, ginger, garlic, and spices including salt, coriander powder, whole cumin, garam masala, and green chili.

If you don't have a chopper, mash the onion well to ensure it is mixed properly with the beef.

Once the mixture is ready, refrigerate it for a while.

In a pan, heat oil and add chopped onion along with some whole garam masala.

When the onions turn brown, add the kofta mixture without using a spoon, and add a little water.

Cover the pan to let the kofta cook and absorb flavors.
