1 cup of Diced tomatoes
1 29oz can of black beans or 3 cups of black beans
2 cups of a day old rice
1/2 cup of diced onion
1/3 cup finely chopped cilantro
2 tablespoons of Salsa Linzano
2 teaspoons of salt
Oil to coat pan
