1 clove garlic
1/2 cup onion
1 red bell pepper
1 tbsp vegetable oil
2 cups cooked jasmine rice
1 cup black beans
salt to taste
optional: Salsa Lizano
ripe plantain
cheese (panela or favorite)

Chop 1/3 cup of cilantro.

Add 1 tbsp of vegetable oil to a pan on medium heat.
