3 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup heavy cream
1 cup gruyere cheese, shredded
1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated
4 tablespoons butter
1 teaspoon thyme
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

Grease a baking dish with butter.
