Soak the tapioca (abacha) in room temperature water for 1 hour.

Prepare the thick oil sauce by adding red palm oil into a pot and adding potash water.

Roast calabash nutmeg at 250ยฐF for 20 minutes or on stovetop.

Add roasted ground calabash nutmeg to the oil sauce.

Add ground crayfish, blended fresh pepper, chopped onions, diced garden eggs, and finely sliced scent leaves to the sauce.

Dissolve fermented castor seed and fermented melon seed with potash water and add to the sauce.

Add sliced African oil bean and salt to taste.

If the sauce is dry, make more sauce with red palm oil and potash water and add it to the mixture.

Combine everything thoroughly, then add the soaked tapioca, ensuring to drain it properly before adding.
