100 g, Sweet Corn
100 g, Carrot
3 stems, Green Onions
9-10 leaves, Napa Cabbage
1 tsp, Salt
1 tsp, Sugar
1 tsp, Cornstarch
1 tsp, Pepper Powder
1 tbsp, Oyster Sauce
1 tbsp, Sesame Oil
1 cup, Water
6 tbsp, Soy Sauce
1 tsp, Pepper Powder
Sugar, to taste
Chopped Garlic, to taste
Chopped Chili Peppers, to taste
1 tbsp, Cornstarch + 50 ml, Water

Use the finger to remove the corn kernels. You can do it in 1 minute. Dice the carrot into small cubes. Cut the green onions into small rings. Cut the chicken breast into medium pieces or smaller then chop them.

Transfer the chicken breast, corn, carrot, green onions and season with the salt, sugar, cornstarch, pepper powder, oyster sauce, sesame oil, mix to combine.

Immerse the cabbage quickly into boiling water for 30 seconds. Cool down and keep for use.

Put the filling in the boiled leaf and then roll up to the bottom or your style.

Steam for 15 minutes. Set aside and make the dipping sauce.

In a small pot, pour the water, add the soy sauce, sugar, pepper powder, chopped garlic and chili, sugar (to taste).

Bring it to a boil. Add the cornstarch + water and stir constantly until the liquid has thickened.

Add the dipping sauce on top and sprinkle the green onions.
