Ice cubes as required
Olper’s Cream chilled 400ml
Dahi (Yogurt) 1 Cup
Vanilla essence ½ tsp
Sugar powdered 3-4 tbs or to taste
Papaya 1 Cup
Banana sliced 1 Cup
Cheeku (Sapodilla) ½ Cup
Melon 1 Cup
Apple 1 Cup
Pista (Pistachios) sliced 1-2 tbs
Badam (Almonds) sliced 1-2 tbs
Injeer (Fig) 4-6

In a large bowl, add ice cubes and place another bowl on it.

In the bowl, add cream and beat well for 5-6 minutes.

Add yogurt, vanilla essence, sugar and beat well for 1-2 minutes.

Add papaya, banana, sapodilla, melon, apple, pistachios, almonds, figs and mix well.

In a serving dish, add prepared cream fruit chaat and garnish with pistachios, almonds, figs, pomegranate and serve!
