Wash all ingredients with salt and vinegar.
Cut all ingredients.
Add vegetables to the pot.
Add boneless chicken to the pot.
Add spices to the pot.
Pour in 3 cups of water gradually to avoid over diluting the broth.
Allow the mixture to cook for a few minutes and check for doneness.
Transfer the mixture to a blender and blend until smooth.
Return the blended mixture to the pot.
Add an additional 1 cup of water and allow to cook for 1 to 2 minutes.
Turn down the heat and check the taste of the broth.
Allow the broth to sit for several hours to separate.
If desired, skim off the top liquid to avoid cloudiness, but keep the bottom for nutrients.
Strain the broth using a strainer.
Blend any remaining solids and use them as spices.
Allow the broth to cool completely before storing.
Store some broth in the fridge and freeze the rest for later use.
