Ingredients

  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)

Instructions

  1. 1Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
  2. 2Add the minced garlic and ginger, and stir-fry for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  3. 3Add the ground pork to the skillet, breaking it apart with a spatula. Cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
  4. 4Stir in the chopped bok choy and cook for 2-3 minutes until it starts to wilt.
  5. 5Add the soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, black pepper, and red pepper flakes (if using). Stir well to combine.
  6. 6Continue to cook for another 2-3 minutes until the bok choy is tender but still bright green.
  7. 7Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary.
  8. 8Remove from heat and serve immediately.
