Add 2 lbs of beef stew meat to the bottom of the crock pot.

Sprinkle 2 tablespoons of flour over the beef stew meat.

Season with salt and pepper, then coat the meat with the flour.

Add 1 chopped onion on top of the stew meat.

Add 1 package of baby carrots into the crock pot.

Add 1.5 lbs of red potatoes to the mixture.

Pour in 1 jar of beef gravy.

Add 1 can of diced tomatoes, undrained.

Pour a little water into the jar of gravy to rinse it out and add it to the pot.

Add more pepper, garlic powder, and salt to taste, along with fresh rosemary on top.

Cover and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours.

After cooking, remove the rosemary from the stew.

Mix 1/4 cup of cold water with 3 tablespoons of flour to make a slurry.

Pour the slurry into the stew to thicken it.
