4 skinless Chicken Breast 1000g
2 tsp Himalayan Salt
1 tsp Black pepper
2 Eggs
240g (2 cups) All purpose flour
8g (2 tsp) Black pepper
14g (2 tbsp) Garlic powder
14g (2 tbsp) Onion powder
30g (2 tbsp) Yellow Mustard
200g (1 1/2 Cup + 2 tbsp) Cornstarch

Cut chicken breasts into cubes.

In a bowl, mix the cubed chicken with Himalayan salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and yellow mustard.

Coat the chicken pieces in all-purpose flour, then dip them in beaten eggs, and finally coat with cornstarch.

Heat oil in a frying pan and fry the coated chicken pieces until golden brown and crispy.

To freeze, place the coated nuggets on a tray and freeze for 1 hour before transferring to an airtight bag.
