Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a large bowl, combine flour, baking powder, and salt.

In a separate bowl, dissolve yeast in warm water with sugar; let it sit until frothy, about 5-10 minutes.

Melt butter and let it cool slightly.

In another bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, melted butter, anise seeds, and orange blossom water.

Combine the wet ingredients with the yeast mixture and mix well.

Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring until smooth.

Fold in lemon zest, vanilla extract, almond extract, and cinnamon.

Pour the batter into a greased baking dish.

Bake for 30-35 minutes or until golden and a toothpick comes out clean.

Let cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.

Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
