300 g Beef (sirloin)
1 pc Onion
1 pc Garlic
½ thumbsize Ginger
1 pc Potato
1 pc Carrot
1 stalk Green onion
Salt, to taste
Pepper, to taste
Fish sauce, to taste
Cooking oil, for sauteing
1 Li Water
1 cube Bouillon seasoning

Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat until shimmering.

Add chopped onion, bell pepper, and carrot; sauté until softened, about 5-7 minutes.

Stir in minced garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.

Add ground beef to the pot; cook until browned, breaking it up with a spoon, about 5-6 minutes.

Stir in diced potato and chopped tomato; cook for 3-4 minutes.

Add green olives, capers, bay leaves, cumin, oregano, black pepper, and salt.

Pour in beef broth; bring the mixture to a boil.

Reduce heat to low and simmer uncovered for 25-30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
