Instant Pot Sweet Rice ( Trinidad Style)

Wash rice and put in the pot along with the cinnamon, clove, cardamom, and raisins.

Add 3 1/2 cups of hot water and pressure for 10 minutes and slow release for 5 minutes.

Put it to saute and add the 1/2 cup hot water and bring to a boil.

Add the condensed milk, evaporated milk, and milk and cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring often to prevent burning.

Taste and add brown sugar if desired.

Put the lid back on and let it cool down for 20 minutes before serving.
