3 tablespoons vegetable oil
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup honey
1/4 cup real maple syrup
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon cinnamon
salted roasted sunflower kernels
dry roasted almonds
walnuts
pecans
pepitas
dried cranberries
dates

Preheat the oven to 325°F.

In a bowl, combine 2.5 cups of old-fashioned oats with 3 tablespoons of heated vegetable oil, 1/4 cup of brown sugar, 1/4 cup of honey, and 1/4 cup of real maple syrup.

Add 1 teaspoon of vanilla, 1 teaspoon of salt, and 1 teaspoon of cinnamon to the mixture.

Drizzle the mixture over the oats and mix well.

Place the oats in the preheated oven and bake for 10 minutes.

After 10 minutes, remove the oats from the oven and add a mixture of salted roasted sunflower kernels, dry roasted almonds, walnuts, pecans, and pepitas.

Stir the nuts and seeds into the oats and return to the oven for another 10 minutes.

After 10 more minutes, remove the oats and add dried fruit such as cranberries and dates.

Stir in the dried fruit and let the granola cool before storing.
