1 c. old-fashioned grits
4 oz. sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
2 tbsp. heavy cream
1 1/2 lbs. large shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 tbsp. vegetable oil

Melt 2 tablespoons butter in a medium size saucepan.
