Banana Bars with Burnt Butter Frosting

Preheat the oven to 375°F.
Take 3 to 4 ripe bananas and mash them until juicy.
In a bowl, combine 2 cups of flour, 1.5 teaspoons of salt, and 1 teaspoon of baking soda; mix well.
In a mixer, add 1 cube of butter and 1.5 cups of sugar; mix until combined.
Add 1 cup of sour cream and 2 teaspoons of vanilla to the mixture; mix well.
Add 2 whole eggs and the mashed bananas; mix until incorporated.
Gradually add the flour mixture to the wet ingredients; mix until just combined.
Fold in 1 cup of chopped walnuts.
Grease and flour a 15 by 10 jelly roll pan; pour the batter into the pan and spread evenly.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20 to 25 minutes, checking for doneness at 20 minutes.
While the bars are baking, melt 1 cube of butter in a saucepan over medium heat to make the frosting.
Watch the butter as it melts and turns a nice amber brown; remove from heat before it burns.
Prepare the frosting by mixing in powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla after the butter is browned.
Once the bars are cool, spread the burnt butter frosting evenly on top.
