Melt 1/2 stick of butter in a pan until it disappears.

Whisk together 3 eggs in a bowl.

Add 1 pint of heavy cream (or 1 cup of milk) to the eggs and whisk until combined.

Heat the mixture on medium-high heat until it starts to bubble.

Add 1 teaspoon of salt and 1/2 to 3/4 teaspoon of pepper to the mixture and whisk again.

Add the 3 boiled eggs that have been cut into pieces and stir to combine.

Continue to heat the mixture until it thickens, but do not let it boil.

Turn off the burner and sprinkle paprika on top of the mixture.

Butter the toast and spoon the creamed eggs over the toast.
