I'm going to make this specially for our daughter who wanted me to make this for her and that is churros with chocolate ganache and some cinnamon sugar dusting.

Start by boiling 1 cup of water and 1/4 cup of butter in a saucepan.

Once it comes to a boil, add 1 cup of flour (maida or refined wheat flour) and mix well until there are no lumps.

Turn off the heat and let the mixture cool slightly.

Beat 1 egg in a separate bowl and then add it to the flour mixture, mixing until smooth.

Prepare the cinnamon sugar by mixing 1 teaspoon of cinnamon powder with sugar powder in a bowl for dusting.

Heat oil in a pot for frying the churros.

Transfer the batter into a piping bag fitted with a nozzle, tie a knot, and prepare scissors for cutting the dough.

Check if the oil is hot by dropping a little batter in; it should sizzle.

Pipe the dough into the hot oil, cutting to your desired length with scissors, making sure not to overcrowd the pot.

Fry until golden brown, then remove and drain on paper towels.

Dust the churros with the prepared cinnamon sugar mixture.

For the chocolate ganache, combine Amul sugarfree dark chocolate with 2 tablespoons of fresh cream in a pot over low heat, stirring until smooth.

Serve the churros with the chocolate ganache for dipping.
