1 cup Sam Adams Oktoberfest beer
2 cloves garlic, halved
1/2 cup white onion, chopped
1 tsp Bavarian mustard
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup shredded Swiss cheese
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp sweet paprika
1 lb Bratwurst, cooked and sliced
1 lb short rib, cooked and shredded
2 cups garlic Dijon potatoes, diced
1 cup carrots, cut into sticks
1 loaf pretzel bread, cut into cubes
1 tsp German mustard
