How To Make Easy Miniature Pies in a Cupcake Pan | Mini Pies! Apple, Cherry & Blueberry!

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.

Take 2 packages of 9-inch pie crusts and roll out the dough.

Use a 4-inch round cookie cutter or plate to cut out circles from the pie crust.

Lightly spray a cupcake tin with cooking spray.

Press one round of pie crust into each cup of the cupcake tin.

Scoop pie filling of your choice (apple, cherry, blueberry) into each crust, being careful not to overfill.

Take leftover pie dough and use cookie cutters to cut out shapes for decoration.

Beat an egg and brush it on top of the filled pies.

Sprinkle granulated sugar over the tops of the pies.

Place the decorative cutouts on top of each pie.

Bake in the preheated oven for 40 to 45 minutes.

Let the pies cool completely in the tin before attempting to remove them.

Run a knife around the outside of each pie crust to help them pop out of the tin.

Transfer the finished pies into cupcake wrappers or liners for serving.
