4 mini pie crusts

1 cup whipped cream
a few drops green food coloring
1/4 cup chocolate shavings
1/4 cup powdered sugar
1 tablespoon lime zest

Preheat the oven to 350°F.

Crush the pistachios into fine crumbs.
