Heat a pan with 1 tablespoon of cooking oil.

Add ground beef and season with salt and white pepper; cook until browned.

Set aside the browned beef.

Dice the onion and add to the same pan; fry until translucent.

Add minced garlic and sliced red chilies to the pan; sauté briefly.

Pour in 1 can of chopped tomatoes and add 1 teaspoon of brown sugar.

Add 1 cup of beef stock to the mixture.

Stir in the browned beef and 1 can of kidney beans; mix well.

Dice and add yellow bell pepper to the pot.

Cover and simmer for about 30 minutes.

Stir in fresh coriander before serving.
